Follow these simple steps below to ensure your success on your weight loss journey.
1. DRINK ONE COFFEE BEFORE BREAKFAST Drink 1 weight loss coffee first thing in the morning, 15-30 minutes before your breakfast. Avoid adding traditional dairy or sugar. If desired, substitute with almond or coconut milk and sweeten with stevia or guava extract. If you experience sensitivity to the naturally occurring caffeine, simply start by using 1/3 to 1/2 a packet and gradually increase in the following days and weeks.
2. DRINK ONE COFFEE BEFORE SUPPER (If you are choosing to have two weight loss coffee drinks per day) 30-60 minutes before supper. Or you can swap out a coffee for the diet cocoa drink or tropical blast which is like drinking a delicious juice without all the mess!
3. DRINK A MINIUM OF 8 GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY This is to help flush out the toxins the coffee helps your body to release.
4. EXERCISE A PERSONAL CHOICE While we do have customers due to e.g medical reasons unable to exercise and still lose weight on our coffees it is always a great idea to at least do some form. This could be simply walking, being more active in the garden, getting out, and enjoying the beach and outdoors. It is not a case of you needing to hit the gym.
