Do the weight loss coffee drinks replace meals?
No, the Valentus weight loss coffee blends are not a replacement for a meal. While drinking any of the coffees you must remember to eat your normal meals all be it you may not feel like the “sized” meals you previously had.
How much caffeine is in each weight loss coffee blend?

Will I lose weight with the coffees?
Results will vary from person to person drinking any of the coffee products however, many people are seeing great results* Check out some of the testimonial pictures.
Can I still have regular coffee?
Sure! But with any of our weight loss coffee blens, less is more. You will probably find that after you’ve had one of our Coffees, you may not want another. If you still desire regular coffee, just make sure you’ve had your weight loss coffee first, then proceed to have your regular drip coffee if you feel like you want to. As with all caffeinated drinks, don’t overdo it. If you have any questions, consult your physician.
Do I need to exercise?
An exercise plan is always a good idea and will help you get great results, however, it is not required to gain weight loss with our weight loss coffee blends. Let us put it to you this way. There is no need to head to a gym and work yourself out silly. A gentle daily walk, even on a treadmill. Take the stairs instead of the lift. Maybe start some gentle stretching and breathing exercises, which are also great for body and mind!
Do I have to go on a special diet?
No! The best part about our weight loss coffee is that you don’t have to change your diet. It is always good advice to limit unhealthy foods to produce the best results. Any of our blends should diminish your appetite and help prevent unnecessary snacking. You should find you eat less, which will help with weight management.*

Do I have to take these products for life?

Can I take the coffee products while breastfeeding/nursing/lactating?
Consult your physician or accredited healthcare practitioner. Due to the thermogenic effect of the Prevail© SlimROAST for example, it is not recommended for consumption by breastfeeding mothers or those expectant mothers.
How will I feel drinking the coffee?
Each person will react differently. Most people will notice suppressed appetite, increased focus, and alertness. If you find it too strong to start, try just 1/2 a scoop for a few days and work up to using a full scoop to receive the full benefits.
Is there sugar in any of the coffee blends?
All of our weight loss coffee blends are made with 4 grams or less of organic cane sugar.
How should I make any of the coffee blends?
First add to your cup some cool water then add in your weight loss coffee, top with hot water. If you add boiling water to the coffee first, it will damage some of the herbs and affect their effectiveness. Stir and drink! While the blends are most effective when enjoyed black you can add a creamer but keep it low fat. If you prefer cream/milk and sugar, try using a sweetener live stevia and switching to a non-dairy product like almond or coconut milk.
Can I still drink alcohol?
Yes, it is safe to consume alcohol all of the ingredients are all-natural and safe.

Do you need to have a Monthly Loyalty Purchase?
You do not need to be set up with a Monthly Loyalty Purchase each month however, we recommend choosing a date each month to receive your new product to ensure you do not run out. There is no contract and you can change your monthly date or product selection anytime. You can even cancel your autoship and start a new one with more or product or to change product.

What is the difference between a Preferred Customer and an Independent Representative of Valentus?
You can order any of the products as a preferred customer and receive preferred wholesale pricing. However, when you pay a one-time $20 membership fee, you immediately secure a position within the Valentus company rewards program.

Do you ship outside North America?

Why was my credit card charge higher than the price showing online?
All prices are listed in USD so if you reside in a country outside of the USA, your credit card will be charged the exchange rate for that day. There is also applicable taxes for your country, province or state, as well as a shipping fee. You can find your receipt under ORDER HISTORY once signed into your account.
